OSCR is the independent regulator and registrar of Scottish Charities. Its aim is to create an environment in which charities can flourish and in which the public can have trust and confidence.

The Charity Commission is established by law as the regulator and registrar for charities in England and Wales.
Its aim is to provide the best possible regulation of charities in England and Wales in order to increase charities' effectiveness and public confidence and trust.
Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council
The Administrative Justice and Tribunals CouncilŐs purpose is to help make administrative justice and tribunals increasingly accessible, fair and effective by:
- playing a pivotal role in the development of coherent principles and good practice;
- promoting understanding, learning and continuous improvement;
- ensuring that the needs of users are central.
